I am seen a lot from USA that are Ham Radio Police radios does anyone sell just Police scanners were I don't need license to use thanks

I think those are illegal in most provinces.

If they are imported, they would then be seized at the border.

The seller would not be required to refund you, because the importer is expected to know what can and cannot be imported into his country.
