International Selling Agreement-Turbo Lister

I've been selling on ebay for several years. I took a break for health reasons. Now when using Turbo Lister it will not upload my items stating "Error-You must accept the International Selling Agreement before you can list this item on a site ...."

 I have searched every possible "help" section on this site, and have tried every possible combination of the words "international Selling Agreement" and nothing comes up. Does anyone have a link so I can read the "International Selling Agreement"?

The easiest way to get to the International Selling Agreement is to try listing an item using Sell Your Item instead of Turbolister. When the "error/warning" comes up in SYI there should be a direct link to the agreement you need to click.
