International Surface Mail Qn

I was under the impression that international surface mail (with the exception of Small Packets) was no longer available to Europe (and areas you can send something express post international). I just spoke with CP and they said they thought that but were not sure. Anyone know? The rates still show up on the CP website. The rep I spoke with said to send it surface and see what happens...ya, not going to fall for that again.

Surface mail is available everywhere - air mail is no longer available to Europe.

I just love it when the CP rep has no clue to your answer! Thanks for the help. I called back and spoke with someone else. I didn't think CP had cancelled surface mail.

They'd be stupid to cancel it - it's the only thing they're competitive on internationally.

Air mail is very close in price to courier generally - and why wouldn't you and your customer want online tracking and proof of delivery (not to mention quicker delivery)
