Of course its a scam. The word NIGERIA should have given you your first clue. Then they want you to FIRST mail the item. Once it is gone and out of your hands, they say only after that can you hope to see the payment in your account.
Cancel, get your fees back, block the user ID, and report the scammer. Forward the complete email to spoof@ebay.com
