I am a Canadian ebay member. Over the last month I have had three different US buyers send messages that they cannot obtain a shipping cost because the site does not accept their zip code (three different listings). I talked to ebay and they assured me the listings were fine, the problem must be with the buyer's account. This seems unlikely. Is anyone else having this problem? I am worried about the potential buyers who get the "invalid zip code" message and just give up.
(There was some suggestion that the problem is the site is interpreting the shipping request as being Canadian and is looking for a postal code instead of a zip code.)
