Is eBays picture download for both basic and standard down. After spending 3 hours with a IT to fix that problem found out my system and internet is fine but the picture system is the cause. eBay.ca

I am unable to upload ANY photos on .ca.  There is no button to click on for the STANDARD photo uploader, and I left the BASIC running for four hours on my computer but nothing.....Photos are the correct size and yes, I have cleared my cache. I have Windows 7 and running Firefox.  The problem is definitely not with me but with eBay.ca. I've reported this to eBay over and over and no results.  Okay eBay, when are you going to FIX THIS?
