Is there a Global Shipping Program center here in Canada?

Is there a Global Shipping Program center here in Canada? Other words, is there a Canadian address for Ebay.ca seller to send their items here in Canada? ( other than the Kentucky location)

In short, no.

The hub in Kentucky is the Global Shipping Program centre. From there it is handed back over to a carrier which sees it through Customs and then another carrier and eventually to you. You may be issued more than one tracking number and you may get word it is 'delivered' before it actually reaches you.

There are many legs to a GSP journey. It's not the speediest or services but at least you're guaranteed to not owe duty when the doorbell rings.

No.  Nothing for Canadians, and there probably never will be.  For American sellers there is the KY one in the US, for Brits there is one in the UK, but everyone else is left to their own post offices.  Sellers outside those 2 places don't use the GSP.

I misunderstood your query. I thought you were asking as a buyer. If you are inquiring as a seller, no, we don't have a Global Shipping Program available to Canadian sellers. There are ways to pre-pay duty for your customers but it's not something that is done here often if an item is sent via Canada Post. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay their import fees. You should mention this also in your listings.
