Is there a ebay program that allows me to post a holiday notice or shipping delay in my listings without having to do so individually for each listing? Thank you

Unless you have a Store, no there is not.

On the other hand, if you close all your listings, you can relist them when you return, in bulk, just as they are now.

Your closed listings will go into your Unsold folder and stay there for 90 days.

With only a couple of dozen listings, this seems more practical and economical than opening a Store just for the Vacation feature.
