Is this a listing violation?

I came across this while searching through the cell phone listings. Item location shows as BC, but when you read the fine print near the bottom of the listing, it shows that this item, and many others I assume, ship from Hong Kong.

Personally, I dont care, but I suspect someone may not read this fine print, thinking the item is in Canada and therefore no duties, etc., and get a very rude surprise when it gets delivered. Does a disclaimer at the end constitute sufficient warning to the buyer, or is this really an item location misrepresentation because it shows as BC at the beginning of the listing?

Just curious.

Is this a listing violation?

Item location:
Quesnel, British Columbia, Canada

Shipping from HK

Yes, it is a listing policy violation.

If reported, eBay may - maybe - let the seller know about the violation - and maybe not.

Thanks, folks. It did strike me the wrong way. And that gift suggestion for $3 extra? You're right, Pierre, that is just plain stupid.
