I bought  A  cell phonnes  from  China   payed  by  Paypal&Ebay    65$

The  seller  agree  to  take   it  back (it  does not  work ) and  to  refoud  the  65$  

What  about  24 $  Canada  post  with  tracking...that  I  am    going  to pay for  the  return   

It  is  my  losses  ?????

Yes, buyers are responsible for the return postage unless your seller agrees to reimburse you (seldom seen from Chinese sellers).

At the end of the day, on eBay like elsewhere, you get what you pay for.  Cheap prices from China usually represent just that: cheap products.
