Iwon an auction , paid for the item and then a Paypal reversal or refund notification was sent. Why?

I contacted the seller and she just said PayPal requested the refund she didn't know why.  I looked at the sellers other items for sale and she doesn't  even have the items or similar items up for sale.  What should I,do?
