I have been selling on Ebay for years (as my profile will qualify), but for some reason unbenounced to me.... I decided to join Square Trade (probably because of all of you indicating how great Square Trade was at mediating differences, not that I have required this yet, but I am sure the time will come....)
Well, at the time of joining, I elected to pay the annual fee at once to save a couple of $$$...
Well, got my credit card bill today, and they charged me twice for my registration....
Nice to see that the watch-dog needs a puppy of their own to watch over how they are doing business....
Sent them an email indicating this problem, hope they refund me the extra fee....
