Anyone else finding themselves either on dot com or dot ca and then being switched without knowing to the other site.
This usually happens to me when I reply to an email. Gets really frustrating to always have to check which site you're on.
I know to, that anytime you have to deal with a return request , that you have to be on the site where the seller is , otherwise you get an error message.
This has been going on for me for sometime and I just try to live with it , but it's getting frustrating as it just seems the glitches keep adding up, instead of going down

One way to avoid this is to just reply to the message from your email client instead of going to My Messages.

Yes....And Ebay made this change sounds so easy....There is a HUGE difference working from the single site in multi currency vs trying to run both.

this is what I have been doing. If it was only messaging I could live with it, but I have sometimes the same problem when clicking on an item.
When I do searches I usually go on .com just because there is a larger inventory. When I click on a listing in .com and the listing is from Canada, it takes me to .ca. Especially if I ask that seller a question. I prefer to stay on.com when buying because I usually buy from USA and I want to see the USD price.
Then the issue of having to deal with return requests. If you are on .ca , and you have to deal with a return from someone on . com you have to log out of .ca and log into .com to see the return request.
When you try to log on .ca , you get a technical difficulties message. This is something Ebay needs to address . The newby would be lost with this not knowing what to do.
I could keep going with all the other issues I have been having but that for another thread.
