You have 30 days after the last estimated delivery date to open an Item-Not-Received case on eBay.

Contact your seller first, if no response, then open a case.

If offered a replacement, politely decline and ask for a refund. You can always use the refund to buy a replacement (and will have full buying protection for the replacement).

If you need to file the INR request. look at your order and click on the More actions on the right side and choose "I didn't receive it"

Why impatient?  2 weeks is too soon.  I usually received my parcels/packages within 3-4 weeks sometimes longer and I treated each of them as "Christmas surprise".  People need to stop being impatient for any reasons at any time.  Life is too short for that.

If you are impatient, why not pay for the XpressPost (for Canada) and Priority Mail (from USA) and then you will get it much faster.

Honeybed1950, I think coppergirl22's concern is that her item is past due by two weeks, not that it's taken over two weeks to reach her.
