You can only leave feedback for 60 days after purchase.
At that time you will also be asked to leave the much more important Detailed Seller Ratings. A normal transaction gets Five Stars. The lowest score is ONE Star. No stars is a free pass.
If a seller's DSRs drop below 4.3, his ability to list and sell on eBay are severely restricted.
If more than 60 days have passed, a Response to FB already left can be made indefinitely.
The most effective Feedback and Responses are calm and factual. No exc!amat!ion Po!nts!! No name calling. No CAPS. Remember future transactions may be based on reading your feedback both recieved and left.
