I wanted to know if I should provide feedback before or after I receive my product?

After you receive your purchase please.

That will serve to advise the the seller of your receipt, etc, etc.

There's no good purpose in a buyer leaving feedback prior to receipt and view of the purchase; particularly if not received, damaged, or not as described.
