Hi Guys, been trying to buy this item: 180455008026 and have been back and forth with the seller to get me but on the exempt buyers list so I can buy.
She says she exempted me and I went to buy but instead of the regular "confirm purchase" page followed by "go to paypal and pay?" page I get a page that asks me to enter the shipping and go directly to paypal.
I've never encountered this before in my eBay life - is this legit?

Yep, I did that too but it still wants to direct me right to paypal without confirming the purchase...I didn't see any "immediate payment required" so really am unsure about this.

I suspect there is no immediate payment required for US buyers but since you are being exempted from that requirement, it is quite possible immediate payment is required.
There is no real risk to you as you can always make a claim with PayPal if the seller does not ship.
