I'm wanting to start listing some items, but only want to ship to Canada. Now my question is will my listings show up to a Canadian buyer searching the ebay.com site?
Thanks.

If you list on dotCOM, your items must be available to the USA.
If you list on dotCA, your items must be available to Canada.
If you list on dotDE, your items must be available to Germany.
ETC.
However, all your items are available to any location you indicate a shipping fee for.
And if you choose Will Ship Worldwide, anyone anywhere can see your listings, even if you do not have an actual shipping price for the customer's location.
