When you are in your Purchase History, under the coloured Purchases bar, select the word Archived.
You'll be able to see items you bought going back 3 years, depending on what Period you choose.
After 60 days items are punted into the Archives automatically by ebay, and there they shall remain.
If, however, you have inadvertently archived your very recent purchases (less than 60 days) you can retrieve them.
Simply find the listing you want to bring back. From the left side locate the phrase More actions, click it and scroll down to select Move to recent purchases. If that option is not available it means the listing is too old to ressurect.
