Just got my invoice for March with 20% TRS discount but I can't find additional 5% for 1 day handling and 14 days return policy, all my sales were converted right after receiving policy announcement.

The promotion :

How do I get the Promotional Rate?
Sellers will automatically receive the Promotional Rate at the time of sale on a listing-by-listing basis. The promotional rate will be shown at the listing level on your eBay invoice.
I checked my eBay Seller Account and ALL FVF have in fact been discounted by 5%. The invoice reads (for each one):
Final Value fee
Promotional Rate

Are you saying that you manually counted each sold qualified item to find refund? Otherwise I could not find any reference to 5%.

"Otherwise I could not find any reference to 5%.'
Every FVF has been reduced by 5% sinc ALL my listings complied.
So, instead of having a $2.00 FVF (for example), the FVF was shown as $1.90 only (discounted by 5%).

If you look at your detailed invoice you will see that each item that qualified for the promotion has the words final value fee and then Promotional rate. The fvf beside that item already has the 5% discounted.
For example, I sold something for $15.85
The fvf in that category is 10% but I was charged $1.51 instead of $1.58
The 5% is taken off immediately and the 20% is off at the end of the month.
