This listing will also be edited because it identifies the seller - this is not permitted in these boards.

Is it possible that the seller got confused about the BBQ you purchased? They have different types at different prices.
Why don't you call them again - they provide a toll free number - ask to speak to a supervisor and explain what you received is not what you ordered and paid for. You want your money back - and you want it now - and for them to make arrangements to pick up the item with missing pieces.

It's perfectly fine for a seller to offer a partial discount - it's up to you to decide whether to accept it. The seller is offering you $35 back - is this enough to buy a cover and Rotisserie Set? I'm not sure about the rotisserie, but you should be able to find a suitable cover at Walmart, Canadian Tire, etc. Is there a place to attach a rotisserie? I don't see one in the photos. Is the rotisserie an important feature for you? Would you be happy with the partial refund and the possibility that you may never find a rotisserie set that works with it? Does it appear that all the pieces would fit together and be stable, and is it otherwise just as you expected?
If not, then I suggest trying the advice given by the other poster. You may find when you speak with someone that they are willing to increase the amount of the refund. Would this make it more acceptable?

If you chose not to accept the partial refund, you should be able to return the barbecue with the seller paying return shipping because it was different than what was described in the listing. If the seller isn't willing to do that on their own, you would have to file an item not described case through the resolution center. Before you do that though, please read info on the ebay Money Back Guarantee
