Mutual Feedback Removal ... and other USELESS eBay policies!

I just discovered they have added the Mutual Feedback Removal to help:

but I go there, type in the item number, and it tells me I am not involved in that transaction, although it is an item I have sold!

And I cannot see a link to request help for this... Anyone have any info?

Anybody ever use that with any luck? There is no longer anywhere to report feedback violations (Invalid Contact Info), and no one has ever gotten back to me about previous reports.

Seems eBay gets a little worse every day. I've been here for almost 5 years and have never seen any real improvements with service, just fee increases.

Hi Sawtoothrc,

I believe the new policy went into effect yesterday - but only for auctions which ended after the policy became valid. You're probably getting a glitchy error message because you don't qualify.
