My eBay says 1 listing has question awaiting answer --glitch

But I already answered it. When I click on it, it takes me to the listing. It shows there is a question. When I click on respond..it takes me to my inbox...all questions have been read and answered. 

Is this part of the tech issues that ebay.com is having?

Anyone know?

I am having the same problem.  Except after I click list it, it take me back to the listing page.  I have everything filled out, postage done, pictures, description...  There has to be a glitch.

You may have answered the question and then the person wrote back to thank you or something like that. They sometimes seem to count any response as a question.

Check My eBay -> Active Selling page, then look at Awaiting Answer at top in list of filters for this eBay page,

if it shows 0, none to fix,

if it shows 1 or more, click on Awaiting Answer to bring up the listings that are with this status,

then for each listing, go to the far right,

Actions, click on arrow to show drop down list,

then select Mark as Answered.
