WILL have a 100% FEEDBACK SCORE WITHIN ONE YEAR !!!!!

SELLER'S FEEDBACK +% will, I believe, on average DROP.
While mathematically, the BULK of all BUYERS will rise.

Quite correct. Feedback for buyer is basically meaningless.

Most other online commerce do not rate buyers. Either they pay or they dont. If they repeatedly dont, they lose their buying/bidding privileges and are suspended.

On the other hand, it is important for buyers to see what feedback has been given to sellers before they send them their hard earned money. Sellers with above average reputation will attract more buyers. .

Looks like I got hit the hardest so far -- 99.7% dropped to 96.1%

Feedback jumped from 5555 to 8554.

Ouch.
