2) it truly is amusing to watch ebay change their policies and please their shareholders.
3) I can't think of anything else. This is a tough question. Ebay has lost its glimmer in my eyes. It's so obvious it's about money for them and their shareholders.

2 Gives me something to do other than gaming
3 Very Aggressive Sellers Enviroment
4 Makes Money (although fee's are high it still turns a good profit for me every week)
5 Easy to market Mass amounts of volume and sell Junky stuff that no one else would buy
although its far from a stable selling enviroment here today gone tommorow .

2. Offers opportunity for groups like this to share information
3. Competetive cost model compared to other mailorder based selling models (for me at least)
4. Great for a homebased business model
5. Supports ability to see how other sellers market, support and service customers so you adapt/adopt new strategies yourself as appropriate

A venue where EVERY DAY is casual FRIDAY- if you choose to dress at all.
(Makeup is optional)
You get to 'meet' the strangest people on earth, who contact you. And you don't get panhandled that often (notwithstanding some Nigerian SPAM wherever the e-mail addresses are mined from.)
As a Canadian you appreciate the comedic value of eBay's responses often written in ORWELLIAN Americanisms. And have fun trying to translate them into CANADIAN ENGLISH!!!
Being able to find the most obscure item, you likely never needed, or will ever use- but nonetheless enjoying the thrill of finding it.
Having a discussion board, and being able to share horror stories- like the TWO ROYAL DOULTON bowls sent with a piece of paper between them, dropped in a bubble pack, and sent from the UK! (TRUE story!)
BEING ABLE TO WISH ALL THOSE CANADIANS OUT THERE A
HAPPY CANADA DAY !!!!
