I am not happy with the new PAYPAL payment confirmations at all. Last week I started having problems printing them out and assumed it was a printer problem but my husband ran all kinds of tests today and it's only the paypal invoices that I am having trouble printing. It's like there's something in those emails that the printer has difficulty configuring and where it would take me just a few seconds to print off multiple invoice copies, it's now taking me several minutes for each to print out. I can actually print out all kinds of other stuff on the same printer while waiting for the paypal print jobs to go through. I am wondering if it has anything to do with the paypal logos. The logos are not displaying or printing and my settings are not set at blocking image content.

I had to switch my paypal invoices over to "text only" they were printing slow but ok but the address was faint which ruined my usual process of clipping out that part and taping it onto the letter!
They come out fast when printed when they're text only, and I can use the address again too. (It tells you where to go to switch to text only on the invoice, wording at the bottom if I recall)

Hmmmm...I will try that and re-post if it makes a difference.
My process is to print out all my payment notifications and while I do so I cut and paste the addresses into a label template. I got a HUGE deal on labels last year and am covered for years to come. Then I use my notifications as packing slips (so much faster than having to go into each transaction to print them) and that helps me stay organized and send the right items to the right people. By the time I'm done, my invoices and labels should be all used up or I know I've done something wrong. It's a process that works well and I'd be lost without it.
I'm crossing my fingers it will work now. Thanks for the heads up!

I use eBay invoice system. I find it easier to use. It prints all the invoice you want at once and you can customize it. The only problem is customers' address might be different from the one on PayPal because it uses the address that the buyer provide to eBay.

Has anyone noticed since the change in PayPal acknowledgments that many payments from countries other Canada and the US, are winding up in a SPAM folder?
About 3/10 of the payments most recently received were found marked as SPAM. Maybe this is a SYMPATICO problem, but it is happening nonetheless.

No, they don't get filtered as spam at all (we have Shaw Cable as ISP).
However, I can see it happening as they are now formatted in HTML.
You might want to "whitelist" Paypal's IP address. Also, check you personal security software settings to make sure that is not the cause.
Cheers
