There is a very steep learning curve here and I'm a quick learner.
However, after paying $70.00 for a 1961 canadian cent, that is rated MS67 Red, I'm being refused a refund.
The rating of MS67 does not exist in the Charlton book nor the Canadian Coin News. By the way I have a few of the same 1961 pennies that I I wanted to compare to a certified coin
I was in Florida while the coins were were being shipped and missed the 45 day deadline by a couple days. I find it very difficult to contact Ebay and in the past I've been given the run around. A reply, but not a solution.
I'm embarrassed to say that I was scammed a second time, during this same period by KootenayDavid. This time for an overrated MS63 Canadian 50 cent piece.

Hi.. After 45 days there is no remedy through ebay. I see you left feedback.
Once past , a credit card chargeback is the only option available to buyer.

If you know they are not recognized then why did you buy the coins.
Do research before buying.
