There comes a time when enough is enough and we are tired of loosing money and getting threats from our customers who use PayPal. Not only do we bend do give great customer service but to get customers after 3 to 7 days after the aucton has ended to claim by PayPal and having our account stuck with PayPal freezing the funds. This month alone we have been hit hard with international buyers with the small packet service that we ship with Canada Post, there is no tracking numbers so of course our case is lostand more money lost. Also with the on going fraud with credit cards which customers claim of them not using their CC and us getting a charge back from PayPal, this is a no win situation and it has to stop now.
So if someone can tell us how to take those logo's off we would appreciate it very much, thank you.
