Hi Everyone,

I am going down to the States next week and am wondering what is the BEST WAY TO SEND a package and/or packages to The Netherlands. I'm thinking that they have a flat rate box that goes international?????

Any suggestions/ideas as to what service this is?

I was just looking on the US Post Office website....Is it Priority Mail International - Flat Rate that sellers use to ship worldwide?

Depends on the weight.

Under 4 lbs First Class, Over 4 lbs Priority, The Flat-Rates boxes can be good in some circumstances but they have never worked for me.

Keep in mind that the International flat-rate boxes have much lower weight limitations than the domestic (US) boxes.

Thanks! The product weighs between 6 and 7 pounds unboxed. So, Priority will be the way to go!

I'm flying to Ottawa (no train, no bus!) and then we are driving down to Virginia Beach as my Dad is gravely ill so along the way...I'll mail it!

It is a $900 order so if I can save this repeat buyer a bit....I will!

Have a look at Express, at 6/7 pounds the difference may be quite small (about $10?) and there is a much higher chance you will get an actual delivery scan and delivery should be both a bit faster and more reliable.
