Neutral Feedback reply question

Hello,

Left a neutral feedback a few days ago because I felt that it was deserved, was neither pleased nor displeased with purchase, but things were not perfect.

So I left neutral feedback and seller replied

My neutral feedback : Instead of generic listing, should have said items were very old and open boxes

Seller's reply : Our apologies, contacted customer to see if he would like to return parts

Thing is, seller NEVER contacted us to see if we wanted to return parts...

So is there a way to fix what he is saying, or can the seller say whatever to look good and lie about what he has done ?

Thank you

At the bottom of your Feedback page.

It's right below Leave Feedback..

The most effective Responses are calm and factual. Remember that otherswill judge you as much as the other person. (Left more for some future reader than for you.)
