What is it with you and other lately that listed id username which is violated of eBay's policies? If you need to alert us, simply use the item # and we can look up to see which seller you are talking about.

If you opened the Paypal dispute within the 45 day deadline, the matter should be taken care of.
While it is rare for items to get lost or delayed in the mail, it does happen.
First you contact the seller and ask for the date of shipping, the service used and the Delivery Confirmation number. A $325 item would require Signature Confirmation.
If the seller cannot provide this information, PP will refund you and go after him for the money.
If the item shows as delivered, and signed for, you and the seller should be cooperating on a postal enquiry. You may also want to file a police report on the (probably) stolen item.
For the report the value of the item should include not only the shipping cost, but also the sales tax, brokerage fee, and any duty that was applicable.
After 60 days, you can leave feedback on the completed transaction, including how the Dispute was handled.
Losing your temper loses the case.

Well, they're right this time - this seller is running at 5% negs and neutrals, way too high.
Looks like they;re using an unreliable drop shipper.
