I got an invitation to the 5000 Canadian dollar promo today.

It lasts until September.

Do these usually only work for new listings? Or are Good Til Cancelled listings covered too?

(I don't tend to pay much attention to Free Listings, figuring that my items should make a profit on their own and promotions are just dessert.)
