I do not like it at all. I phoned PP and complained about it. Peggy said she was getting other complaints about it.
Which type of shipping service?
The Small Packet USA I did today was black on white (I use a B&W laser to print).

@mr.elmwood wrote:What I said, not what I meant. All the pages to get to the shipping label are differnt. The entire procedure was changed.
The one I did this morning (Aug 16) was at 5am and it had the usual pages to step through. And it still had the return label bug where it would only print one of the two lines for street address. Mine printed "Unit B", but not the street address -- had to handwrite that in.

It went to landscape, I found the colours and font very difficult to read. Everything was moved around. I found no logical order. Instead of working to the bottom and then clicking to continue, buttons are at the side. Format made no sense.
To go back to classic you have to click a link, at the top, this takes you to a brief "Why don't yo like it" to continue. Major time waster when doing several labels as I got the little survey box each time.

And the kilograms don't get me started on the kilograms. Have to fill the stupid thing in even if you have put a value in the grams section. Oh and don't use decimal points and more like we used to. Argghhhh change for changes sake.

Yep, there was a lot of WTH going on.
It is "other" than user friendly. Gray on gray gave me eye strain.
Phone PP and let them know. Like the lady said to me, "We need customer feedback".

I printed an expedited parcel USA label this morning and it was black and white just fine. But for the return address it did cut off Canada lol so I had to hand write that part in.

The problem is when we click to go back to "Classic" many months ago, which I used to do that over thousand times and they just don't care and remove the Classic format forever and keep the horrible new insane format.
Now with label printings by PayPal, I am truly horrified the time consuming each time which I just printed 5 labels which took me nearly an hour!! That is not normal!! I want the old format back, period!
Again why on earth do they need to change the format when it is not broken??!!
Do not fix it when it is not broken, it is very simple. The old format was perfect expect when they change the printing the label to other side which is insane. I had to cut 2 items and also to reduce it so I can fit on the 8" envelopes!
I am a Canadian seller in case you are wondering.

Will they "really" listen to us?? I wonder because I did click the link when PayPal changed the format in paying area many months ago. I click to the "Classic" and explain that I prefer the Classic not the horrible new format over thousand times and it was worthless as they don't give a D__n at all. So will they really listen this time??? I doubt. I am sure it is a "fixed" permanently, never mind how many of us complain to them.

I had to return to the original version. I couldn't print a label with the new format -
"The postal code and province of origin address do not match. Kindly enter the correct origin address to proceed."
But it works with the old version

They are catering to dumb phone formatting. we have to fight against this illogical nonsense.

The old version does not do any postal code vs province checking. So it'll work regardless.

I'm the only one not complaining because I haven't had any sales for the last 4 days (hahaha or is it whaaa, whaaa, whaaa ).
It sounds as if Paypal has caught the eBay disease: Chronic Changeitis. Very severe and painful, no current cure.

Well, good riddance if that's true! I think they'd better go back to the drawing board, and this time grab a few REAL eBay sellers to test it out on before throwing it up on the site.
Yesterday (finally had a sale - woo-hoo!) I tried to do a label with the new format, couldn't even get past the "postal code doesn't match origin address" error, and ended up switching back to the old format.
Need I say, I left appropriately blistering, scathing feedback in the "how do you like our new format" box.

I am off their Christmas card list after what I said.
