New Year Fixed Listing Promotion isn't working

I am one of the eBay sellers who got a message saying I qualified for the 2014 free fixed price listing promo offer. It's under my promotional offer section in my dashboard as well, with all 2,014 listings left to be used. The problem is, today I put up a whole bunch of new fixed price auctions, under a category that qualifies for the deal, and instead of using my 2014 free listings, eBay used a bunch of my limited regular monthly allotment of free listings. There was a promotion earlier this year where I recall a similar thing happening to us in Canada, and eventually the promotion worked a couple days after it started, but not after a lot of us had wasted a bunch of our monthly allotment of free listings thinking that the promotion would cover them, like they promised.

Is anyone else experiencing this? What can I do to fix this?!

"Fixed Price Auctions", do not qualify for this promotion.

Only "Fixed Price" listings for 3,5,7 & 10 days qualify.

Always be sure to read the details of promo's thoroughly.

The promo is for Buy-It-Now fixed price listings of 3, 5, 7, or 10 day length.

NOT for auctions.
