New postal prices

Does anyone have a link to the new postal prices? I have been searching the Canada post website for over a half hour and can't find it, everytime I put search in it brings me to the same links and they are not what I am looking for.  It keeps sending me in a loop.  I am looking for new pricing on light packet USA, because on Paypal they are trying to charge me double what is was before, I can't believe that it went up that much, and if it did I am going to get rid of what I have left for sale and give up on sellig on ebay.

The price did go up a lot. Note that the first category now goes up to 150 gr rather than 100 gr.

Parcel prices went up an average of 3%. Cdn dollar has gone down 10% in the last year.
