Perhaps it is "I can't sell unless my fees are paid, eBay got paid, but, I still can't sell"?

I am wondering if you pay your monthly seller fee by autometic payment method or one-time payment?

My sales going terribly down.  I set up monthly seller fee as autometic payment method through paypal.  My seller fee billing cycle is 14 per month. that is only days I sell some items after the payment, there is no more sale or  it is hard to sell even 3 items per day.

I have always paid my eBay fees with the automatic charging - monthly - to my credit card on file.

I use a MasterCard with AirMiles.  I have been getting thousands of AirMiles over the years on my eBay fees.
