Not the true item, how cancel bid

i made a bid on a Graphic card GTX 780, after bidding i noticed a photo of the cpu-z test in which the PCI-E interface was PCIE-1 not PCIE-3...that means that the graphic card is not a true GTX 780...The seller mentions that he won't Refund money once it is paid, i contacted him to cancel the bid, he doesn't answer...what can i do, idding ends in 3 hours.
