Do exactly what you said, but, you cannot send it out of the country.

Print to a PDF file instead of sending it to the printer.

If you don't already have a PDF writer there are lots of free ones at download.com

A scan will work as well but you'll have a much larger file to send and to be sure the barcodes read properly should be scanned at high resolution.
