The "Visits" graph seems to die on 6th, but I definitely had visits, there were sales, people asking questions. I still did not reach back my traffic from before vacation, but the graph is showing 0 visitors after the 6th.

You can go through an awful lot of listings in 30 minutes. Maybe nobody stayed that long. -------------------------------------------------------------------

http://pages.ebay.ca/help/sell/traffic-reports.html
A visit is defined as a sequence of consecutive pages viewed by a single visitor within a 30 minute period.
That means - even single peek into one listing counts as a visit.

You can't have a single page view and have "a sequence of consecutive page views"
And my omniture says, "A visit is defined as a sequence of consecutive pages viewed by a single visitor for 30 minutes without a break." -------------------------------------------------------------------

I am not qualified to dispute semantics of sentence I pasted from Omniture help above. However, in every traffic counting system I have come to work with so far including StatsCounter, Google Analytics, Sellathon and Omniture (before June) - either seeing single page and/or multiple pages within time interval has counted as a visit.
The reason I posted this here was to get some feedback on how to make this working again. Perhaps eBay announced something I missed.
I am thinking if the switch to new format or some changes eBay is currently doing does not require enabling the listing counters in order for Omniture to work? I do not use eBay counters, always just used Omniture as statistic tool, so now I am a bit blind.

For information on individual "hits" you may be able to use stats from your website since the images used in your listings are retrieved from your site "img" directory.

I haven't heard any announcements from ebay on this issue and my stats are still showing up.
Perhaps it's time to visit LiveHelp and see if their technical people can offer some insight. -------------------------------------------------------------------

How do you sign up for Omniture?
I looked at there web page and could not see how to access the statistics that you are quoting.

That's Omniture.
They'll want you to link your account to their service the first time - you can trust them. -------------------------------------------------------------------

I usually get there on the left side "Manage My Store" -> "Traffic Reports".
Perhaps I should start talking to customer support since all you guys have it working fine. I did not even do any changes to my listings, all of them are GTC.

Pierre, I realize that, but the server logs a bit a mess to look at raw and I am spoiled by Google Analytics on my other projects and never got to look for a good server log viewer, so if you can recommend one, I'd be much obliged.

Ramp on 19th is natural, not an error.
The drop on 23rd seems like Omniture fluke or we had conversion 30% and people would be browsing 2.5x more items than people day before. I increased marketing on Saturday 19th did only minor tweaks since.
Seems that Omniture has issue recognizing "visit" and we should be looking at PageViews instead of Visits. In this case it shows 100 people and 1200 pageviews on 23rd. Even on our website, where people are not distracted by other listings, we get only 8.5/visit average and two days before 23rd were consistent 4.5 pages/visit, so sudden 12pages/visit is highly unlikely.
