I bought an item bit did not sign into my account ( signed in as guest ). I am unable to track the item and no transaction showing on PayPal ?

You should've received a confirmation email using the email address that you used to purchase the item.
If the item doesn't arrive or isn't as described, you have 45 days to open a case on PayPal - but contact your seller first. If you're unable to resolve the problem, you'll have to contact a PayPal rep to open a case for you.
