Opening more accounts with different addresses

Hello All,
We are currently looking to expand our stores into other cities in Canada with the 2nd store opening in Victoria BC soon... Is it possible to open a second account using the same charge card but a different address for the account. As we offer free local pick ups we really want our location to show the city the item is in, but we also want the control of the account and pay the bills from the first location. Is this currently possible?

You don't have to have a seperate user id, you can specify the location of the goods on each individual listing.
