PAYMENT TOTAL REQUESTED not working

Hi my first time here, Anyone having a problem "Payment Total Requested"  I have a buyer who won two auctions and a "buy it now". I have sent three totals without a response from the buyer. Also the "PAYMENT TOTAL REQUESTED" will not go away from my completed listing page no matter how many times I sent the total. Are the emails not getting through?

That may be the problem.  The buyer expects ONE invoice with all three items combined on the same invoice with ONE shipping charge.

Let me clarify, I sent he same invoice 3 times trying to get it off my sold page.

Why not simply send one invoice combining all three items through PayPal?

Hi, thank you for that, I will give it a try, with Paypal all I can do is send a money request not an invoice. But it still does not fix the problem on my sold page and I have no idea if the invoice and messages are getting to my customer.

Made a phone call to ebay customer service, after explaining the situation, the polite operator had no idea what was happening, but checked and found that the "payment total requested" icon not going away was a glitch and assured me that the invoices are going out. So far the buyer has not contacted me...tomorrow will be 4 days.

Still not working, eBay is no help, and this board is no help....go figure sellers are on their own when there is a problem. I guess the "PAYMENT TOTAL REQUESTED" will stay on my selling page for 90 days or untill I do a non payment claim on three items..

Since the buyer has not responded, may I suggest you telephone the buyer to confirm the combine invoice has in fact been received.

 

I still think sending a PayPal invoice (using "request money" or "create an invoice") would do the trick if the buyer has not received the original combined invoice.

 

"EBAY IS BROKEN"

 

It appears there is a technical problem specifically on this transaction on your account.

I should have asked the question earlier.  Are all three items combined in your "sold" page or are they still shown as three transactions.

 

Do you keep the email notifications you received from eBay at the end of the auctions?

 

If you did, try sending a combined invoice from the "send an invoice" link in any of the three emails.  That should work if all three items are listed on the same eBay site and in the same currency.

O.K. like I'm going to call  Italy!!! Actually I did send a request through Paypal and no reply or payment

looks like I got a double whammy..... glitch and a non paying bidder from Italy....

Did you receive a copy of the invoice?  Are your preferences set up to normally receive email copies of invoices sent to buyers?

Obviously, I had no way of knowing the buyer was overseas.

Anything in the feedback comments to give a hint of slowness?

Can you please drop me an email to authorize if we can try sending the invoices to the Buyer to see if it'll trigger the removal of the Payment Total Requested note? I'd like to see if we can try troubleshooting this for you, or see if this is a known issue.

I emailed Kalvin 3 days ago....no response, ANYBODY HOME AT EBAY????? Again today 6 more "Payment Total Requested" that won't go off my sold page after I send an invoice. This is very frustrating, I have no idea if my customers are even getting their invoices. Seems that whenever eBay has  a promotion I have problems with my account. After selling here since 1999 and many "glitches" I'm ready to give up!
