As a SELLER, I have discovered that a new policy has been instituted by agreement between the two operations, being E-BAY and PAYPAL.
Did you know that your payments can be delayed for 21 days, though the buyer has paid immediately?
When this happens, you are sent an email telling you to ship the item, BUT, you will not be paid for possibly as long as 21 days.
My item was sold as FREE SHIPPING.
I have the funds on hold, the buyer knows that the item is e-tickets.
So I am now to ship the item, let the buyer get my e-tickets and then continue to wait.
What's wrong?
Simple!
Could the buyer actually PRINT my e-tickets ( YES! ), RESELL THEM as e-tickets (YES!), and 2 people would show up at the show.
This policy is a DEFINITE security risk!
Further, who is responsible for the FRAUD? Answer,is : ME!
