I fought a reversal once and after 38 days finally won. One big problem for me was the long distance bill I received a month later. These numbers are not PayPal numbers. They are numbers for USA Federal agancies where you can file a complaint if you find your trading partner has denied receipt of goods and has filed for reversal of payment with PayPal or their credit card company.

Hello all. I received my first Paypal reversal notification today. I immediately phoned Paypal at 1-888-215-5506 and actually got to speak to a human voice within 3 minutes and was given excellent advice. If the person you get on the line does not sound confident with their advice, ask to please speak with a supervisor. Good luck.
