Has anyone noticed that their PayPal REPUTATION NUMBERS have not changed in months?

Does anyone really ever care about these numbers ???

Though these PayPal Reputation Numbers of questionable value- we have had hundreds of successful transactions over the past months, and not a single digit in either buyer, or seller, reputation number has increased.

How long does it take to fix the counter?!
