PayPal and eBay setup problems

Hi,

Trying to set up my PayPal and eBay. When I go to list an item, it prompts me to sign in on both. Everything goes smoothly, I get the PayPal billing agreement. Then on eBay's end, I get "trouble displaying page"

Any help is appreciated
