PayPal called to announce a new feature....

I can't recall this happening before, and it wasn't our account manager.

Anyhow, just thought I'd share - it struck me as kind of odd that PayPal would call to announce the buyer protection plan would be available here in Canada. (Mid feb for those that haven't seen the announcement or gotten a call)
