Thanks for the link, but the information seems to point to a UPS rather than Canada Post fix. I did go into the profile to see if there was anything similar, but found nothing that woud duplicate the UPS fix.

Hello magisterrex,

Same thing happened to me a couple of weeks ago. Go into the Pay Pal transaction details and hit the reprint label button. When I did this the credit to my account was cancelled and the label printed.

I can log in, but wish i had tons of printing labels to print to see if it works, but i don't have anything to print to test it... guess you need lots of sales for that one..!

Still can't print the label. No response (of course) from PayPal customer service.

I called their 1-800 number and found out 2 things:

1. There is a current problem for some users who are trying to access their HISTORY tab in their PayPal account. They do not have an ETA for repair.

2. The Canada Post shipping problem is coming from Canada Post's servers. For some reason they are rejecting some attempts to reach them. Canada Post has given PayPal no ETA for repair.

In other words, today is a good day to do something else.
