Only if you ask the seller and they agree.
The seller cannot ask you to pay this way.
You have absolutley No Buyer Protection with paying this way.

If the seller is asking you to pay by money order, he is breaking all sorts of rules which are in place to protect buyers like you.
However, if you are willing to forgoe eBay's Buyer Protection, you can ask the seller if he will accept money orders. Most are happy to, sinc e you pay the fees and they don't have to worry about refunds.

Yup, paying by Western Union is dangerous for ebay transactions. At least with a money order, you have a physical address, though it could be a PO box.
