Paypal Credit

I recently had an auction end and the buyer is saying that they attempted to pay through Paypal Credit but it was not accepted.

I am not familiar with what this buyer means  and I am not really sure what, if anything, I need to do to allow this buyer to pay me.

Can anyone help me to understand what the problem this buyer is having might be.  Is it a case of me saying that I will only accept Paypal (which is the case) and the buyer attempting to pay with a credit card....or is there something else happening here?

I am a Canadian seller and the buyer is in the US.  However, I have had several auctions end this week with both Canadian and  US buyers and there have been no issues.

Any advice would be much appreciated, thanks!

Re: Paypal Credit

Buyer does not have the money and is not going to get it. Open the UID as soon as you can.

Re: Paypal Credit

PayPal Credit used to be called "Bill Me Later". Something that PP offers, to finance a buyer. Your buyer wanted to finance their purchase and were declined.

What was the value of the transaction?

Re: Paypal Credit

I don't believe Paypal Credit is available cross border due to different currencies, but I am not positive. You would have to call them for confirmation
